What's the difference between Classic Picture Day and Team Media Day?

Classic Team & Individual Photography provides traditional portraits and group photos which are typically used for programs, yearbooks, banners and personal printed products like buttons, magnets or Memory Mates. No specialty lighting is used, as these sessions often take place outdoors.

Media Day is designed for modern branding – with bold, creative portraits and video content that teams use for social media, recruiting, and hype videos. Specialty lighting and backgrounds are utilized to create an energetic, dynamic setting. These can take place either indoors or outdoors.

How do we order or receive the photos from Picture Day or Media Day?

At LLI Sports, we believe in making photography simple and valuable for everyone involved.

For Coaches & Clubs:
All of our packages include usage rights for your team and organization. That means you’re free to use the images for: Websites, social media, Promotional Materials, Programs, Yearbooks, Scoreboards, Posters, Banners, and Recruiting Graphics. These will be delivered via online gallery and can be shared with the athletes and their families.

No extra fees, no fine print — you’ll have the professional visuals you need to proudly represent your team.

For Parents & Athletes:
Families will also have the opportunity to purchase prints and products separately. This allows each family to choose what works best for them, whether that’s high-quality prints for framing and gifts, specialty products like banners, memory mates, or trading cards, or simply access and share the digital files from the team's gallery for personal archiving and online sharing.

We keep the ordering process simple and flexible, so every athlete can walk away with keepsakes that fit their family’s needs.

How quickly do we receive photos?

Sports Action Event Photography galleries are sent out within 48 Hours of an individual event, or within 1 week of a tournament.

Classic Picture Day and Team Media Day galleries are posted within 1-2 weeks of the event, depending on the size of the team. Individual Spotlight galleries are posted in a similar timeframe.

Do you travel outside Central Minnesota?

Yes! While we are based in the St. Cloud area, we also serve Sartell, Sauk Rapids, Foley, and surrounding communities. For larger events, we are available throughout Minnesota.
